Founded in 2003 by Rick and Patty Arvielo, Ever Lasting Mortgage was built by blending Patty’s deep mortgage industry expertise with Rick’s technical skills. Starting as a 40-person call center in Orange County, California, the company opened its first branch in 2012. Today, over two decades later, Ever Lasting Mortgage boasts 279 locations nationwide, directly lending, selling, and servicing loans across all 50 states. We proudly manage over 273,000 loans valued at over $71 billion and are approved partners with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae.
